BNH 2000 - Underbody Machine

Durable two (2) axis underbody machine. The BNH 2000 Underbody Machine is designed to be mounted stationary beneath a moving conveyor. This machine is capable of holding up to five (5) applicators. The first axis incorporates a three (3) position, programmable lift for changing the gun to target distance. The second axis of motion rotates the guns +30, 0, -30 degrees to allow the guns to spray around underbody obstacles.

STROKE

Standard unit has three (3) automatic lift positions (up +4", center 0", down -4") for a total vertical stroke of 8".

Standard unit has three (3) automatic gun bar rotation positions (CW "+30" degrees, center "0" degrees, CCW "-30" degrees) for a total of "60" degrees of  rotation.

GUN BAR

Standard unit includes grounded gun bar with five (5) adjustable gun mounting brackets.

Standard gun bar 42" in length.

Standard gun bar total load not to exceed 60 lbs.
